Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an ERP Architecture lead to plan, design, and govern a multi-instance SAP landscape as DePuy Synthes spins out. You will partner with business and IT to align ERP architecture with processes, enabling operational efficiency, innovation, and growth across the enterprise.

The role focuses on SAP Basis, Security, ABAP development, and BTP integration, supporting Day 1 separation and TSA activities while shaping the future digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise/ERP architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring team members.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, build, and govern the multi-instance SAP landscape (ECC and S/4HANA).
• Lead through Day 1 separation and TSA transition, consolidating SAP instances.
• Align ERP/SAP architecture with business processes and standards.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable ERP architecture.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to project teams.
