Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an experienced ERP Architecture lead to plan, design, and govern a multi-instance SAP landscape as DePuy Synthes becomes standalone. You will partner with business and IT to align ERP architecture with processes, enabling efficiency and growth, including AI-enabled pathways.

The role requires 4+ years in ERP architecture, SAP ABAP hands-on experience, and a degree in IT/CS/Engineering with preference for an advanced degree.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ERP architecture experience, including leadership.
• Hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple conveyed SAP ECC and S/4 instances for Day 1 separation.
• Define and contribute to ERP and enterprise architecture aligned with business strategy.
• Design and integrate ERP with other enterprise platforms.
• Ensure ERP solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
