Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager, ERP Architecture to guide the multi-instance SAP landscape during the DePuy Synthes separation.

You will partner with business and IT leaders to align ERP architecture with evolving separation needs, ensuring security, compliance, and scalable integrations across SAP ECC/S/4HANA, BTP, and related platforms. The role demands a strong track record in leading ERP programs, shaping roadmaps, mentoring architects, and delivering enterprise-wide governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise/ERP architecture
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and integration across platforms
• Experience leading global ERP implementations or transformations

Responsibilities

• Manage Day 1 separation SAP ECC/S/4 instances and TSA transition
• Own ERP architecture strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Lead and develop ERP architecture team and governance
• Govern architectural standards and design patterns across ERP landscape
• Partner with stakeholders to translate strategy into scalable solutions
• Direct design/integration of ERP with other enterprise platforms
• Provide governance for security, compliance, and performance
• Lead build-vs-buy decisions and technology investments
• Manage vendors/SIs and oversee delivery quality
• Contribute to ERP budgeting and prioritization
• Champion cloud, analytics, and modern ERP capabilities
• Maintain enterprise architecture documentation and governance forums
• Provide escalation leadership for complex integrations
