Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Vice President of Sales Enablement to accelerate growth, strengthen client relationships, and enable global teams. You will own Salesforce strategy and roadmap, drive adoption, and deliver insights to inform decisions.

You will transform the Salesforce team into a strategic enablement function, partner with senior leaders, and translate business needs into scalable solutions while leading a high-performing team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years related experience required.

Responsibilities

Drive global Salesforce adoption and governance with enterprise-wide view for clients and opportunities.
Own and prioritize the Salesforce product roadmap, delivering measurable business value.
Partner with leaders to activate and grow Gallagher Bassett’s most strategic global accounts.
Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to inform growth strategy and decisions.
Enable sales teams through training, best practices, playbooks, and data-driven insights.
Lead and develop a high-performing enablement team focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
