Job summary

Soracom is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to own global Salesforce operations across the Americas, Europe, and Japan. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize workflows, ensure data integrity, and empower go-to-market teams at scale.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, Salesforce Admin Certification, and experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, and cross-region deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a B2B SaaS or tech company.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder are a plus.
• Experience supporting multi-region deployments with complex data models.
• Proficient with Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules for automation.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools (Slack, Docusign, HubSpot/Marketo, etc.).
• Experience with Experience Cloud and administering CPQ for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud) across regions.
• Design and maintain workflows, validation rules, objects, fields, and reports/dashboards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Improve data quality through deduplication, cleansing, imports/exports, and data governance.
• Manage integrations with third-party tools and oversee Territory management, forecasting, and quota tracking.
• Lead UAT, write test scripts, track defects, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
