Job summary

CorVel Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our marketing team. You will manage day-to-day configuration, support campaign operations, and help drive adoption of best practices across marketing and sales while ensuring data integrity and system reliability.

This fully remote role requires partnering with marketing, sales, and IT to translate requirements into scalable, well-governed Salesforce solutions, including Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and CPQ

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years hands-on Salesforce admin experience.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ product preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, automation tools (Flow, validation rules), and security model.
• Experience with lead lifecycle management and lead scoring.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, record types, flows and security settings.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views that give leadership visibility into pipeline, campaign performance, and lead quality.
• Create and manage workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation to support marketing and sales processes.
• Manage and optimize Marketing Cloud Account Engagement for lead capture, scoring, nurture programs, and email campaigns, ensuring tight alignment with Salesforce.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Monitor data quality, lead routing, and deduplication processes; troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and other marketing or sales tools, coordinating with vendors and internal IT as needed.
• Support campaign setup and tracking within Salesforce, partnering with content and digital marketing on lead lifecycle and attribution.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes; provide training and ongoing support to end users.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, recommending improvements as the platform evolves.
