Job summary

Soracom is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to own the global Salesforce platform. You will work with Sales and Marketing to optimize workflows, maintain data integrity, and support GTM operations at scale.

This fully remote role covers the Americas, Europe, and Japan, and requires strong admin experience and certifications. You will manage users, security, integrations, reports, and UAT, while maintaining thorough documentation and training materials for the Sales team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce administration in a B2B SaaS/tech setting.
• Salesforce Admin Certification required; other certifications are a plus.
• Experience with multi-region deployments and complex data models.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration across global regions.
• Design and maintain flows, validations, objects, fields, pages, dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain data quality and governance; deduplication and cleansing processes.
• Administer integrations with marketing automation, Slack, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and more.
• Support territory management, forecasting setup, pipeline reporting, and quotas.
• Coordinate with Japan/Europe teams to meet regional needs.
• Lead UAT, write test scripts, track defects, and obtain sign-off.
• Document configurations and train the Sales team; liaison with external partner.
