Job summary

Follett Software, LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join the Global Sales Operations team. You will design, build, and enhance custom Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions and ensure governance, testing, and deployment best practices are followed. This is a remote role within the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
4–7+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and best practices.
Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and related processes.
Strong knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Familiarity with DevOps and deployment tools (Gearset/Copado/Salesforce DX).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce and SOQL/SOSL.
Lead technical design for enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and related components.
Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and dashboards.
Design, build, and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Follow DevOps practices and participate in code reviews, testing, and release management.
