Cars Commerce is seeking a Sr. CRM Administrator to lead Salesforce CPQ and Billing initiatives. This role requires deep expertise, mentoring, and cross‑team collaboration to deliver scalable automation and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will own CPQ/Billing configurations, drive data quality, and partner with Finance and IT on projects, while thriving in an agile environment and ensuring top‑notch customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Must have deep working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
• Must have deep working knowledge of Salesforce Billing.
• Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
• Proficiency in Copado CI/CD is a plus.
• Strong SOQL skills.
• Ability to thrive in an agile environment and operate well under ambiguity.
• Excellent analytical, research and follow up skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Salesforce CPQ/Billing implementations.
• Configure fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards.
• Design, configure and develop solutions using configuration.
• Maintain and create Salesforce automations using Flow.
• Maintain and create automations using Product Rules and Price Rules.
• Manage production support queues and new development tasks.
• Assist with system audits (users, profiles, permissions, queues, fields).
• Assist with data import/export mapping and scrubbing.
• Bridge CRM with Billing/Finance to gather requirements and estimates.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and mentor team members on CPQ/Billing.
