Job summary

Rapiscan, an OSI Systems Company, is seeking a Sales Support Representative based out of Billerica, MA. The role provides internal support to Field Sales, issuing quotations and proposals, and coordinating the quote-to-order process.

You will act as the primary interface between sales and internal teams, manage forecast data in CRM, and support global regional quotes across APAC, Europe, and the U.S. Government CRAD. The position requires 2–5 years in sales/marketing and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Quoting and Order Management is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Internal support to Field Sales, including issuing quotations and proposals.
• Manage the quotation/proposal process with approvals and CRM updates.
• Host or coordinate customer and distributor visits with demos and agendas.
• Ensure timely responses to inquiries and maintain forecast data in CRM.
• Support regional quote activity across APAC, Europe, and US CRAD.
