Job summary

Rapiscan Systems in Billerica, MA is seeking a Sales Support Representative to provide internal support to sales, including issuance of quotations and proposals, and to help manage regional quote activity. You will collaborate with regional sales, coordinate with internal teams, update CRM forecasts, and support customers and distributors through demonstrations and timely quotes.

Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Oracle Quoting and Order Management is a plus.
• Experience with ERP system quoting and order entry is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• 2-5 years of practical Sales & Marketing experience.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones with late-night/early-morning meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for designated Regional Field Sales, Sales Rep Organizations, and the customer.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries through quotations, proposals, and correspondence.
• Support regional quote activity for all system applications and manage the quotation/proposal process.
• Host customer and distributor visits with demos and agenda development.
• Interface between internal organizations and Sales and update forecast data in CRM.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required; work across time zones.
