Job summary

Addition Management LLC is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our technology manufacturing team in New Jersey. You will provide essential support to global and domestic accounts and help ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipping, expediting logistics for just-in-time orders, preparing performance reports, managing invoices and AR, and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years OEM industry knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Office and Dynamics 365.
• Strong customer support, communication, organization, and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support for global and domestic accounts.
• Coordinate and expedite shipping logistics for just‑in‑time accounts.
• Collaborate daily with expatriate team members, customers, and partners in Japan.
• Prepare reports for customers, sales team, and management (PO status and inventory).
• Manage invoices and accounts receivable for assigned accounts.
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales and operations environment.
