Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles.
• Familiarity with international shipping processes and export documentation is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong English communication; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process international orders with accuracy and timeliness across departments.
• Prepare and review export documentation for shipments.
• Serve as primary contact for international clients and distributors.
