Job summary

Excelitas seeks a Customer Support Coordinator in Boulder, CO to drive account retention through proactive customer service and precise order management in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing and Finance to quote, process orders, manage shipments, returns and export compliance while maintaining thorough documentation.

A Bachelor's degree and 2 years in customer support or inside sales are preferred; ERP experience and Salesforce fluency are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Two years of customer support, inside sales or contract administration work experience preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) software preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and terms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide company and product information to prospects and customers; quote standard price and delivery via phone, fax, and email.
• Receive and enter sales order information into the ERP; onboard new customers including contact, billing, and shipping details.
• Coordinate production and delivery schedules with Sales and Manufacturing Operations; notify teams of concerns.
• Create and maintain customer files with orders, quotations, invoices, and related documentation.
• Coordinate returns with cross-functional contacts; discuss repair quotes for out-of-warranty products.
