Responsibilities

• Prepare and review import/export documents accurately and timely.
• Develop, allocate and optimize export logistics resources and their execution.
• Process orders, check inventory, track production, coordinate shipment, and monitor logistics.
• Perform monthly reconciliation, invoicing, and AR reconciliation.
• Follow up on sales contract approval and filing; prepare regional sales reports.
• Assist US sales team with meetings and administrative support.
