Flex is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Austin, TX to partner with the sales team, manage administrative workflow, and help grow revenue. You will handle quotes, order creation, CRM tasks, and reporting to keep customers informed and sales on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of related experience in sales support or a similar role.
• Advanced skills in performing sales support functions.
• Strong knowledge of Flex’s business and product/services.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team with speed and accuracy.
• Assist in development and growth of business with new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations for customers and create sales orders from POs.
• Maintain accurate sales data and distribute regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Collaborate with solutions team to ensure sales has necessary information.
• Monitor sales pipeline and support achievement of quarterly/annual targets.
