Job summary

Allison Transmission is seeking a Senior Order Management Lead to direct customer order management from the Indianapolis PDC. You will lead analysts across the US and India, drive process discipline, and ensure SAP SD compliance while coordinating with MSS, Operations, Quality, and IS&S.

The role requires 5 years of leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with SAP, CRM, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent leadership and management skills with experience in managing a team
• Knowledge of Allison customers and products, Global MSS and Allison Operations organization and responsibilities
• 5 years of professional experience, including managing people
• Strong business knowledge, sales data management and analytical skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• High degree of familiarity with SAP, CRM and Microsoft Office
• Comfort with public speaking and experience working with senior management

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, support and grow a team of order analysts based in the US and India
• Establish and track goals and develop employees
• Act as the lead MSS representative to Parts Distribution Center Operations for plant production planning
• Develop and recommend order timing and provide prioritization for part shortages
• Liaise with Outside North America Sales Operation Leaders to include demand in planning
• Ensure MSS processes, Export Controls and ITAR compliance
• Maintain customer order documentation in Allison 360 CRM per regulatory requirements
• Assist order analysts by providing information to customers, sales managers, and management
• Support and lead special projects as assigned
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prioritize multiple projects effectively
