Allison Transmission is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead a medium to large team, coordinating material and production plans to meet schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role involves cross‑functional collaboration, process improvements, and active training and development of staff.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of SAP/ERP systems, Kanban, inventory control, and scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
• Pull systems/Kanban knowledge preferred.
• SAP or similar ERP experience preferred.
• Scheduling and inventory control knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience required.
• Basic math knowledge required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Analytical ability for solving complex problems required.
• Interpersonal skills to motivate and collaborate with team members.
• Willingness to work any shift assigned.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
