Job summary

Moog Inc. seeks a Global Business Process Owner for Aftermarket Sales & Service to steer the ERP transformation and standardize global aftermarket processes.

Based onsite in Buffalo, NY, you will lead process design, governance, and cross-functional alignment across regions, balancing standardization with local needs. You will drive testing, adoption, and continuous improvement while collaborating with stakeholders, regional teams, and functional experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in an aftermarket or Sales and Services environment.
• SAP experience: ECC and/or S/4Hana; knowledge of SAP Activate framework.
• Lean/ Six Sigma experience and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and approve global process standards and policies.
• Ensure ERP configurations align with global process requirements.
• Maintain process documentation and governance frameworks.
• Act as co-decision-maker for process-related conflicts or escalations.
• Approve exceptions and ensure compliance with global standards.
• Collaborate with regional SMEs to harmonize processes; minimize local variations.
• Validate ERP configurations and participate in integration and user acceptance testing.
• Support Change Management by communicating global standards and benefits.
• Monitor process performance post-go-live and identify optimization opportunities.
