Job summary

Moog Actuation Systems is seeking a Product Line Lead at the East Aurora site to join the Quality team in Buffalo, NY. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, Manufacturing Readiness, and supplier collaboration to enhance program performance.

You will need a bachelor's (engineering or business) with 5+ years in operations or manufacturing, plus experience with FAR/DFAR and SAP. Some travel and ability to obtain DoD security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in Operations/Manufacturing/Engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR and ITAR is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary focal point between Supply Chain Procurement and Operations for procurement activities.
• Oversee purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery; address delays.
• Update procurement strategies and DDMRP parameters.
• Capacity planning and workload management for value streams.
• Lead cross-functional teams for process improvements.
• Ensure PO placement compliance with FAR/DFAR/USG requirements.
