Moog Inc. seeks an Aftermarket and Sustainment Director to define and lead a global sustainment strategy across the division.

You will align cross-functional teams, shape customer strategies, and capture high-value opportunities across domestic and international markets. The role emphasizes revenue growth, protecting installed base, and coordinating with BU General Managers, with remote or hybrid options for local Buffalo, NY.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in defense, aerospace, or government services, with sustainment focus.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of DoD sustainment models and aftermarket services.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead enterprise sustainment strategy aligned to Mega Pursuit concepts.
• Serve as the accountable executive for sustainment pursuits across lifecycle.
• Drive revenue growth and protect long-term program value from competitors.
• Coordinate across multiple business units and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage diverse customer portfolios and engage senior DoD and international customers.
