Moog’s Military Aircraft Group seeks a Business Process Champion - Planning in Buffalo, NY to drive end-to-end planning process excellence within the BMP. You will own and optimize global planning processes, partner with ERP/IT teams, and lead kaizen workshops to design, test, and document standard workflows.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in planning platforms with ERP/MES/PLM expertise, strong leadership, and readiness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, business admin, or related field.
• 7+ years in planning platforms with strong ERP/MES/PLM knowledge.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (≤10%).

Responsabilités

• Define and own future-state planning processes aligned with program goals.
• Champion standardization and harmonization of planning processes.
• Partner with Project Process Engineers, ERP analysts, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Lead kaizen workshops, validate process designs, and approve documentation.
• Support testing cycles, data migration, training and change management.
