Moog Inc. is seeking a Business Unit Director, Commercial Aftermarket Airframe, reporting to the GVP & GM. This senior role directs strategy, P&L, and KPI improvements for the Commercial Aftermarket Airframe segment, with about 35% international travel and onsite work in East Aurora, NY.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive customer relationships, and safeguard demand commitments while shaping the organization for growth within a regulated aerospace environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or related field.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of professional work experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of dedicated leadership experience.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Executive communication with stakeholders and diplomacy.
• Strong business and financial acumen including contracts and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of industry regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategy for the Commercial Aftermarket Airframe organization in alignment with the strategic goals of the Commercial Aircraft Group.
• Manage and lead all aspects of the Business Unit including financial performance, program execution, customer relationships, strategy, and talent development.
• Ensure integrity of customer demand commitments.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across program teams, sales, supply chain, quality, operations, engineering and customers.
• Mentor and lead a highly engaged team.
• Contribute to strategic planning, performance reviews, capital planning and objectives as a leader of the Commercial Aftermarket Leadership Team.
• Maintain organization focused on improving customer metrics and relations as well as internal metrics driving satisfaction.
