Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Newark, NJ is seeking a Business Process Analyst to mapping and optimize cross‑functional workflows across the sales ecosystem. You will align stakeholders on operational changes and standardize procedures before tech development.

From process mapping to automation, you’ll partner with Sales Operations, IT, Product, Finance, and other leaders to drive Lean initiatives, define KPIs, and implement enterprise solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of experience in business process management, business analysis, or operational transformation.
• Visio, Lucidchart or similar BPM tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization.
• Facilitate process workshops with business stakeholders and align with Sales, IT, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives; develop KPIs and SLAs; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT to automate business processes using enterprise technologies; support Salesforce and related improvements.
