• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of BPM/BA/operational transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, and optimization.
• Develop enterprise process maps and SOPs.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Establish process governance and standards.
