You will align stakeholders on operational changes, standardize procedures, and partner with Sales Operations, IT, Product, Finance, and other leaders.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience through Lean and continuous improvement, with emphasis on governance and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of experience in business process management, business analysis, or operational transformation.
• Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart or similar BPM tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization.
• Develop enterprise process maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Establish process governance and standards.
