You will partner with Sales Ops, IT, Product, Finance, and others to drive process improvement, automation, and KPI governance, delivering measurable efficiency and improved customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of BPM/BA experience.
• Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart or similar BPM tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, and optimization.
• Develop SOPs and enterprise process maps.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities; establish governance.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, IT, Product, Finance, and Engineering.
