Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business Process Analyst within Global Sales Operations in the United States. You will own end-to-end process mapping, documentation, and optimization across Sales, IT, Product, Finance, and other leaders to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

You will drive Lean improvements, establish KPIs, and partner with IT to automate processes using enterprise technologies, including Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of experience in business process management, business analysis, or operational transformation.
• Visio, Lucidchart or similar BPM tools are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization.
• Develop enterprise process maps and SOPs.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Establish process governance and standards.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Drive Lean initiatives and define KPIs/SLAs; partner with IT to automate processes.
