Job summary

The Sales Administrator at Kistler Group in Novi, MI provides administrative support to the Sales Operations team and delivers high-quality customer service to internal and external customers. The role coordinates quotes, orders, vendor forms, and ERP data entry, and supports both Inside and Outside Sales with data accuracy.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of customer service experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with SAP or C4C.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Two or more years of Customer Service experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in SAP, C4C or related ERP/CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact for non-product related customer questions, order status and delivery details.
• Verifies accuracy of customer quotes and addresses.
• Converts quotes to orders once PO is received.
• Updates customers on delivery status and PO changes.
• Assists Sales with maintaining ERP/CRM data and quote generation.
