Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Novi, MI seeks a Sales Coordinator to support a high-performing sales team through order processing, CRM administration, and cross-functional coordination. You will handle customer communications, track orders, and coordinate with fulfillment to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales support or related roles, experience with Salesforce, and strong organizational and Excel skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Sales Support or related role.
Experience using Salesforce CRM.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Process purchase orders and support order entry.
Track orders and coordinate fulfillment and delivery.
Manage customer communications regarding orders and service requests.
Coordinate NDAs, contracts, and related documents.
Maintain CRM records and support pipeline management.
Assist with quotes and sales administration.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Service, and Legal teams.
Route leads and support sales workflow.
