Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer service, sales support, order management, purchasing, or a related role.
• Familiarity with textile/fiber industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Business One is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned domestic and international customers and suppliers.
• Enter and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve routine issues promptly.
• Coordinate deliveries with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse personnel.
• Work closely with warehouse personnel and sales representatives to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or disruptions.
