Job summary

KLA is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst in Milpitas, CA to support division bookings, order management, and reporting. You will work with Field Sales, Master Schedulers, Finance, and Engineering to ensure accurate bookings, order configurations, and timely shipments.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience in Sales Ops, with strong Excel, SAP, and Power BI skills. You will operate in a fast-paced, global environment and participate in quarter-end activities and

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent work experience in a Sales Ops environment supporting the Sales function internally.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP CRM preferred.
• Strong Excel and Power BI reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bookings snapshot reports and perform weekly data analysis.
• Review SAP sales orders for shipment holds and pricing issues.
• Generate and maintain Master Ops and Snapshot reports using Excel.
• Respond to inquiries from Program Managers, Sales, and Finance.
• Complete quarter-end close activities.
• Support peak activity periods around fiscal year ends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Master Schedulers, and Engineering.
• Provide quotes support and handle forecast/shipment requests.
