Job summary

KLA is seeking a highly organized Sales Administrator to support our sales operations by managing orders, forecasts, and cross-functional coordination. The role links sales, operations, finance, logistics, and customers to ensure precise order processing and timely communication.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel, experience with SAP/Salesforce, and a proven ability to navigate complex situations while maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Order Management, or related.
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis and reconciliation capabilities.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems.
• Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and process customer purchase orders and contracts with accurate data entry.
• Manage sales order processing, changes, returns, backlog, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain sales forecasts in KLA systems; align with business goals.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to keep forecast data current and actionable.
• Coordinate with Configuration Analysts to ensure SAP order entry is timely and accurate.
• Monitor forecast changes and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Support logistics, planning, and operations to schedule shipments and requirements.
• Produce standard reports and perform basic business analysis for leadership.
