Job summary

KLA is seeking a highly organized Sales Administrator to support our sales operations team in Hillsboro, OR. This role coordinates orders, forecasts, reporting, and cross-functional workflows across sales, operations, finance, logistics, and customers to ensure accurate order processing and timely updates throughout the sales cycle.

The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with SAP or Salesforce, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Order Management, or related fields.
• Strong Excel skills including data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, reconciliations.
• Experience with SAP/Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and review customer purchase orders and contracts before entry into systems.
• Manage sales order processing, changes, returns, backlog, and order maintenance.
• Create and maintain sales forecasts in KLA systems and align with business goals.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to update forecast data and communicate changes.
