Job summary

KLA in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Financial Analyst to support GSS SRAM headcount planning, reconciliation, and PSO cost forecasting. You will build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and AI tools, generate pro-forma P&Ls, and contribute to month-end close and budgeting processes.

Ideal candidates have strong financial modeling skills, experience with SAP, OneStream or TM1, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint. A doctorate or master's degree with relevant experience is preferred.

• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Experience with SAP, OneStream and dashboarding tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support SRAM headcount planning for GSS and regional HQ.
• Create and maintain dashboards using AI tools and Power BI.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly metrics packages and variance analysis for PSO.
• Lead monthly forecasting and Annual Budget Plan.
