Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking an Account Executive to develop new business relationships and serve as the first level of client support. You will research prospects, generate lists, and initiate contact through mailings and cold calls, while educating clients on translation processes and pricing.

You will coordinate with production to ensure quality and timely delivery, follow up on client satisfaction, and research target industries to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Proven sales lifecycle experience from lead generation to closing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients and generate lists.
• Create accurate client data spreadsheets.
• Generate daily mailings to prospects.
• Cold call prospective clients.
