Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking an Account Executive to develop new business relationships and serve as the first line of support to existing clients. You will research prospective clients, create accurate spreadsheets, and generate daily mailings while managing client communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Between 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Proven sales lifecycle experience—lead generation through business closing.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships and serve as the first level of support to existing clients.
• Research prospective clients and generate daily mailings to prospective clients.
• Cold-call prospective clients and negotiate rates with clients.
• Educate clients about the translation process, TransPerfect’s rates and turnaround times.
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery and service.
