Job summary

RENOLIT is seeking a driven sales professional to strengthen and grow its customer base in the construction and materials sector. You will manage current accounts, win new business, and provide technical service to support product adoption.

The role emphasizes proactive account management, coordination with internal teams, and frequent travel to domestic and international clients to drive market penetration.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in French is highly preferred to support diverse territory accounts.
• Ability to travel frequently, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales of current products and services by planning and coordinating sales calls on existing customers.
• Negotiate price, terms, and delivery with all current and potential customers.
• Achieve the expected sales and profitability objectives established in the business plan.
• Identify and initiate cold calls on potential customers and maximize market penetration in assigned regions.
