Franklin Templeton is seeking a Sales Incentive Financial Analyst to support Global Sales Incentive processes from our Rancho Cordova office. The role focuses on reporting incentives, budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business teams to ensure accurate and timely incentive payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, ideally focused in Finance, Business, or Communications.
• Understanding of asset management revenue workflows, sales processes, and supporting technology.
• Experience across multiple fiscal cycles and project management or sales-related work.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling, and reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• You will report sales incentives across individual, country, and regional levels.
• You will coordinate and improve incentive reporting with Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, and business partners.
• You will create, review, and secure approvals for regular sales incentive payments.
• You will oversee Sales Office headcount and report budget-to-actual results monthly.
• You will support monthly and quarterly US sales incentive processes and tasks.
