Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support an Incentive Compensation and Finance transformation initiative. You will validate, cleanse, reconcile, and analyze data as we migrate from a legacy system to Salesforce.

The role requires strong Excel expertise and the ability to work with large, complex datasets, partnering with Finance, Operations, and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy throughout the migration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis or related analytical roles.
• Experience with incentive compensation data and financial datasets.
• Strong Excel skills including INDEX/MATCH, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify data quality issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate and reconcile sales, client, account, revenue, and incentive data during migration.
• Analyze large data volumes to identify discrepancies, gaps, trends, and root causes.
• Cross-reference data between legacy systems, Salesforce, and downstream reporting tools.
• Support testing between legacy and new platforms to ensure data integrity.
• Perform complex spreadsheet analyses and create reconciliations and reports.
• Investigate missing or incomplete records and coordinate with partners to obtain data.
• Communicate findings to directors, managers, and stakeholders via phone and email.
• Assist with documentation, controls, audit support, and testing activities.
• Provide recommendations to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
