Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Pipeline & Revenue Planning Lead to own forecasting and target-setting across AWS Specialists and Partners. You will design end-to-end forecasting mechanisms, integrating data architecture, modeling, and governance to enable data-driven targets.

You will collaborate with ASP Ops, SMGS Ops, Finance, Data Science, and BI to translate market signals into planning-ready targets, deploying AI-enabled workflows and recalibration capabilities as the business

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business planning with direct ownership of pipeline forecasting or quota/target-setting.
Experience building forecasting models that combine quantitative methods with business judgment.

Responsibilities

Own the quarterly pipeline forecasting and target-setting mechanism for AWS Specialists and Partners.
Build and maintain the revenue-to-pipeline bridge connecting bookings, revenue recognition, and pipeline generation.
Serve as the focal point across ASP Ops, SMGS Ops, and Finance to design, implement, and govern scalable forecasting mechanisms augmented with AI-powered agents.
Own operational readiness and planning implementation for new partner revenue metrics, translating definitions into planning-ready targets and reporting.
