Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Sales Excellence Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives that standardize enablement across the organization. You’ll drive timing, scope, and adoption while partnering with sales, marketing and operations.

The role requires a business degree and 3–5+ years of cross-functional project experience, supporting global teams from a Reading, PA base.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business or related field.
• 3–5+ years of project management or programme coordination experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Sales Excellence programmes.
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations).
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.
• Lead programme governance and cadence meetings.
• Ensure adoption and execution of enablement initiatives.
• Maintain programme tracking tools (e.g. Monday.com).
• Support communication and alignment across global teams.
• Monitor programme performance and drive continuous improvement.
