Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Sales Excellence Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives that standardize enablement across the organization. You’ll drive timing, scope, and adoption while partnering with sales, marketing and operations.

The role requires a business degree and 3–5+ years of cross-functional project experience, supporting global teams from a Reading, PA base.

Compensation Range:81,700-120,000

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

Job Purpose

The Sales Excellence Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of Sales Excellence initiatives. This role ensures structured delivery of enablement programmes, driving consistency, governance, and adoption across the organisation.The Project Manager works cross-functionally to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.
