Job summary

Tanium is seeking a Sr. Director, Global Sales Enablement to lead the worldwide sales enablement team, shape onboarding, training, certification and account planning, and drive large-scale programs with a global scope.

The role requires experience running global enablement initiatives and delivering measurable improvements in sales performance. Based in Addison, TX, with hybrid schedule, you will partner with Product Marketing, Product and Sales leadership to align messaging with Tanium's

Qualifications

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training design, development, and delivery.
Minimum of 5 years managing and directing an enablement team.
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement training strategy for the sales organization that increases salesforce productivity and performance.
Design curriculum to cover market, competition, company, products and services, sales processes, sales methodology, sales tools and skills training.
Lead the enablement strategy for Tanium's AI-driven product roadmap and ensure sellers can articulate the value of AI/agentic capabilities.
Partner with Product Marketing and Product to keep messaging current in training materials as the AI roadmap evolves.
Lead the Sales Enablement team to enhance onboarding, annual kickoffs, and continuous training for Sales team members.
