Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a strategic Director of Global Sales to lead top accounts, grow group room and catering revenue, and partner with property teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in global or resort sales, proven leadership, and experience with enterprise-wide systems and agile processes. This is a full-time remote role with world-class perks and opportunities to influence the MGM Resorts enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales leadership in a related industry.
• Experience in resort/hospitality sales preferred.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Retain TOP accounts and solicit new acquisition accounts in assigned territory.
• Host in-market MGMRI events entertaining new and top clients.
• Be a brand ambassador and participate in industry events and committee work.
• Provide in-market intelligence on industry trends and client updates.
• Present monthly updates to leadership and properties.
• Collaborate across MGM properties to maximize revenue streams.
