MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks an Executive Director of Entertainment Events Revenue and Sales Strategy to develop and execute the revenue strategy for the Entertainment Events portfolio, focusing on premium/group/VIP ticket revenue, VIP experiences, sponsorship, and media revenue for owned-and-operated events.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Sponsorship, and Ticketing to sell tickets and sponsorships, interact with executives, and

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Entertainment Management, or a related field.

Aufgaben

Create sales business plans, budgets, and revenue projections for MGMRI events.
Develop revenue strategy plans for each event including sponsorship levels and VIP experiences.
Define tiered benefit levels within a packaging strategy based on valuation and industry knowledge.
Lead sales strategy for high-value sponsorships, VIP experiences, and ticket packages.
Identify external partnerships and negotiate contracts with media, sponsors, and ticketing.
Coordinate with property leadership to monetize activations and VIP experiences.
Develop brand framework for sales collateral with internal and external teams.
Oversee events ensuring on-time delivery within budget and resource management.
