Job summary

Oxford Nanopore Technologies is seeking a Director, Sales & Customer Care Training to lead scalable learning programs and build commercial capability across our global organization. Based in the Americas with up to 40% travel, this role drives onboarding, certification and sales methodology adoption.

You will partner with Strategic Marketing, Product Management and Customer Care to translate strategy into practical training assets and measure impact across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences or equivalent relevant scientific experience.
• Significant commercial experience within life sciences or biotechnology.
• Experience leading global capability or launch-readiness programs.

Responsibilities

• Set global training strategy and operating plan aligned with commercial priorities.
• Develop scalable learning architecture including e-learning and certification programs.
• Partner with marketing, product management and sales to implement training content.
• Measure impact with KPIs and adapt programs to improve readiness and adoption.
