Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Investigations, Fraud, Annotation, or platform integrity.
• 4+ years of direct people leadership or senior-level operational ownership.
• Experience applying AI tools and automation to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a regional team of Safety Response Analysts with high performance and engagement.
• Own regional outcomes: utilization, SLA adherence, backlog health and quality benchmarks.
• Handle the most complex, high-risk cases as the escalation lead for your region.
• Contribute to frontline work (20–30%), including investigations and regulatory or legal escalations.
• Partner with Product, Policy, Legal, Investigations, and regional teams to execute safety outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of workflows, tools, automation, and escalation paths.
• Identify emerging risks and translate insights into policy or product guidance.
