Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a senior incident commander to lead 24/7 on-call operations across the US region. You will own the coverage model, rotation discipline, and SLAs, and grow a team of senior responders while coordinating with legal, customer, and executive stakeholders during incidents.

You will drive post-incident reviews, define escalation paths, and ensure remediation across detection, response, and infrastructure, including cross-domain incidents with physical security and OT surfaces.

Qualifications

• Experience leading material incidents end to end as a senior incident commander.
• Proven ability to grow and manage a senior responder team.
• Designed or run a 24/7 on-call program with defined coverage, rotation, and SLAs.
• Ability to shift between technical containment and executive/customer communications during incidents.
• Experience with regulatory and customer disclosure clocks and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead incidents as a senior incident commander in the on-call rotation.
• Own the 24/7 coverage model, rotation discipline, and response SLAs for the US region.
• Build and develop a team of senior incident responders, setting on-call expectations and quality bar.
• Drive executive, legal, and customer communications during incidents and disclosures.
• Own the joint operating relationship with Physical Security and Data Center Operations for cross-domain incidents.
• Run post-incident reviews and drive remediation across detection, response, and infrastructure.
• Define agent escalation criteria and feed learnings back to detection engineering and threat intel.
