Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead multiple programs, projects, and managed services for strategic clients. You will align onshore, offshore, and remote teams using SAFe, coach delivery teams, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will be the trusted advisor to clients, identify growth opportunities, and manage risk while guiding CI/CD adoption and cross-functional collaboration across Capability Practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience managing distributed teams globally.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and synchronize onshore and offshore delivery teams across locations.
• Coach teams in Agile principles and SAFe practices.
• Identify opportunities for Delivery Led Sales and growth.
• Champion CI/CD practices to improve delivery and code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and report status.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with clients on performance and risk.
